They lied about the window in which errors occurred, so they took money from players, didn't give them their quartz, didn't factor in people trying to get the same quartz again because it failed the first time, and for the vast majority of cases even when they did give the quartz days later, many people didn't get their's because DW lied and said they wasn't affected.

Of course, because the nips are a retarded race and are massively domesticated by Type Moon, they cried a little and then moved on, allowing their money to be stolen. So people had to ask for refunds from google, because DW wasn't giving them.
