You can't. It has been designed to be this way. If you want less RNG, you shouldn't be playing card games which are inherently about randomness and should perhaps seek out more skill-based decks where practice can take you far and you can actually have bigger room to adapt for bad matchups. Basically, combat reaction-based games with matchups like pvp arena action, shooting or fighting games.

A turn 6 evolved Azazel in general is hard to deal with and instantly threatens lethal. It also lets you stabilize against the unga decks while forcing them on the defensive unless they have lethal in hand.

Just make Elana without the Elana amulets. You don't really need them because you're not trying to create a strong board mid/late game since you'll make the strongest board in the game with Aegis later. Taking out the amulets lets you put in other stuff to help you survive to turn 9+ safely. Sun is even worse since the whole deck usually sucks if you never draw the amulet.

I need THE BEST neutral deck you have got

This is from leddit but I thought it would be helpful:

It is triggered when you play a minion with original cost of 7 or more. so things like 0 mana rose queen(from wolf) will trigger the amulet, discounted stuff from wyvern cavalier works the same way.
enhanced minion will not trigger the amulet (eyfa, date, grimnir, etc) The amulet's self-destruction is an aura, it will be triggered after any fanfare. so if you play a 0 cost Atomy you will have both atomy and the mammoth on your board. Bahamut works the same way.
>Test of Strength (Countdown (2) Leaders cannot be attacked if there is a follower that can be attacked in their area)
When this amulet is in play, followers cannot attack the opposing leader if they has attackable follower on their board, so if your opponent only has ambush follower you can attack face

If your opponent has a ward follower and non-ward follower, your follower(s) can only attack the ward follower, even if this amulet is in play

Not sure about Shadowverse's main story, but the Shadowverse cards are all from Bahamut. Granblue has a lot of the same characters but it's kind of an alternate reality or something where they just share names and vague appearances.

You hear about Forte a lot because in RoB she was a tall dragonrider, but when she came to Granblue as a character they gave her the "Draph" race (where all girls are really short and have horns) and she became Shorte.
