Everyone would kind of get smaller shifts; Ripple goes from being a friendly jobber to harmless shit-talking punk, TalOS might actually focus on her job, etc. Chantilly might "accidentally" the sites of Time Patrols more often.
Unzan however would just go full on vengeful spirit; terrorizing small towns, eating travellers, and raining angry cloud man laser beams upon the land.

Toufe is neutral good, so inverted she'd probably act like a petty thug who's all too happy to hold grudges. Bully weaklings for personal gain, crush authoritative figures at every opportunity to prove she's above to law. Most notably, rather than being in awe of the strong, she'd plot to beat them down by any means necessary to stroke her ego. Cheap shots, distractions, suicide bombing help, you name it - Toufe would make sure the opponent dies before they can get a chance to besmirch her name and will coerce any bystanders to keep their mouths shut.
Should word get to the Kais or GoDs, she'd be the kind of person likely to have blackmail on hand just for the occasion.Oddly enough an inverted alignment would make her very keen on protecting civilizations so that she can exploit it, and she'd be very careful to damage as least of her surroundings as possible to avoid unwanted attention midfight. Stark contrast to her trigger happy justice warrior fanatic canon alignment.

Are you PC? There's a no HUD mod in the OP. Do supers or ults with that. You should also press yourself up against walls for those without cinematic angles. Do that for lobby poses too.

Death Ball has better tracking, can be used up close with the right setup (usually a super that gives just the right amount on untech time during a stamina break) and is easier to follow up into a second ult combo after it lands than SVB, which requires a high knockdown or command knockback on stamina break.
But for buufus without specific combos? SVB. Big damage and 100 ki less.

Probably a stamina break, done by pushing the controller towards your opponent and doing an attack. Learn to do it consistently, it's important in PvP and makes PvE easier.

Death Ball is more consistent due to its tracking not needing the opponent to be 20~ meters away, but it does considerably less damage and does cost 400 ki. Personally I think SVB is better for PvE situations and Death Ball is good in PvP if you want it.

I had her figured for that over the top pushover of a midboss you see in anime a lot. The kind that either become up so affable and unthreatening by the end they get treated like a good guy by the end of it and unknowingly turn over a new leaf by the main cast's influence, or the kind that fights the protagonist just often enough for them to get slightly sentimental when she jobs hard and dies to the real big bad.kind of makes me think regular toufe is actually boring compared to an anime archetype

Two options, either a stamina break or a charged heavy. Stamina break (melee button + forward input) instantly breaks stamina if it hits but can be blocked. Charged heavy (hold heavy melee button) on the other hand only breaks stamina when hitting someone in guard state.

1. Stamina break. Comes in two flavors, light and heavy. Heavy Stuns and knocks the wind out of your opponent long enough for almost any Ultimate attack to connect. You tap the stick like you would in smash bros towards your opponent to activate.
2. Unlock the Tuffle Planet, git gud at pause buffering, and go nuts with supers and Ults by the box wall.
3. Black and Red, use villain attacks.
4. See 2, and get the hudless mod.
5. SVB is great for EM's and most other PvE scenarios. High damage for 300 Ki, but you have to be a good distance away for it to track properly, close up it whiffs hard. Death ball costs 400 but is more reliable overall at more ranges.

So, the North America Perfect Cell Full Power Form tournement is over.
Not a single cheater was fought.
There were less fighters than during the Cell Jr one. I fought 0 after 0, won them all. never found 2nd and 3rd place, did fight 4th for an extra 50. Didn't lose a single fight.
And now time to see super 17 filled with cheaters. However, if everything goes as smoothly as tonight did. you will see me at the top again.
I used the spare time during the eyrie lack of players to perfect my super 17. Hopefully there are more americans in here than just me.

I only learned it by accident myself after accidentally learning you can even block while carrying them to begin with.
It's not something either game tells you about and I would assume most people just grab them and deliver them rather than horsing around.

Honestly I probably won't use Neo Tri Beam unless for flashy finishers.
However, dicking about with the AI at least (this preset has yet to be PvP tested, just made it today) I did notice something that could make it somewhat usable if you have a lot of ki to waste.
If you use a heavy break, then immediately spam Charged Ki Wave, you can get a little bit of stamina back before using Neo Tri Beam. It's so accurate and follows the target, so you won't need to worry about them getting back in the air, since it'll hit anyway.

As I recall the tail has a color flashing issue in menus. The straight tail issue you're having is a result of not applying the animation files that come with the mod, the default animations don't have tail animations in them. I'm not sure if I'd be able to go into much depth though as I do not use any of the tail accessory mods myself.

The texture glitches I can't figure out. Yes they bug out in the menu but in-game for me they bug out as well. It always stays this pinkish color, as though it's missing textures or something instead of the default brown and will continually clip to different colors depending on camera angle in conton city and battles. The hair colored one seems to work (everyone has problems getting it to work so people use brown instead, opposite of my case) minus the fact that in ss3 and ss4 reverts back to my hair color and glitches and certain angles. I remember reading that the mod author uses SSJ4 Goku's stance as he had some problems with the default stance. I couldn't say how true that is as I only have experience with females' animation files but I doubt he's a much worse modder than me. I've heard lots of complaints about color issues with that mod, it seems like it's just something you'll have to put up with if you're sure you installed it properly.

You'll find that dash canceling some ending animations in your combos will help your damage output a lot. HuFs are hella fast.
HLHL(?) I believe that gives you this kick in pic related. You can step vanish forward at this point. Pretty useful if you opponent z vanishes, so you can step again and input a heavy dash attack to knock your opponent away from you. Myself I am finding it difficult to justify going 0 Strike 125 Ki Blast on my stats when half of my moves are Strike anyway.

Super stats matter very little. I have 125 in Strikes and 0 in ki blasts with a -5 bang, and I still get a lot of mileage out of some ki moves, both utility and damage wise. That 15% is worth jack.

You can opt for a hybrid build like I did. I run 0 health 0 ki 42 stam 125 basic 100 strike 88 ki blast. You can change strike and ki blast numbers around. Keep in mind of your race, height, gender, and super soul. If you are fem saiyan you can scape a little away from ki blast and move it to strike or dump more into it. I can do one full bar of health w a strike ult and a full bar for ki blast

I feel like Deadly Dance is be a good move for any qipao preset, if you're looking for a strike move, since, to me, it looks like a move that would need focus to use.

It's my first time playing this game and I tried to make a Zarbon type character. She's Zarbon's niece and she's part Saiyan. Since the Namek saga she's tried to reform the Frieza force from within and turn them into a peacekeeping organization, but has been mostly unsuccessful. She and a few men under her command make regular trips to the earth to try to do some good, like evacuating people during the Cell and Buu sagas.
I'm pretty sure there's no way to transform into Zarbon's monster form, right? Which sucks because transformations are a big part of the gameplay.
