Inspired by bestjora Radish's x100 Big Bang Kamehameha, Mocha learns to use Final Shine Attack. Unable to bring about the overwhelming power that Radish's x100 BBK does, Mocha instead chooses on hitting critical points with burst damage.

It's real ningen hours so I'll drop this now.
In the Summer I'll have fuck all to do. Therefore I'l have quite a bit of time to write autism. What I'd like to do is rewrite every DBZ movie but replace the protagonists with CaCs. The structure of the movies are stupidly simple so it wouldn't be too hard for me to achieve.
Summer is a while away though, so if anyone is interested, just reply to me saying what movies you'd prefer your CaC to feature in. I want to compile a list right now so I can begin brainstorming ideas.

Full Power Perfect cell has the same moveset as the perfect form cell, but is limited to one set of special moves and ultimates.
Kamehameha is good to follow up on launching, but is better to catch people who z-vanish, but not behind you.
Perfect shot is a good follow up to launching, but IMMEDIATELY, any delay and it will miss, it does very good damage.
Spirit Bomb is a 3 ki ult that cannot be dash behind hit canceled . It just doesn't fucking work. If you see the spirit bomb fully charged, don't even do that. You will get hit from the throw behind cell. Only hope is to charge heavy before he tosses the bomb to stop it. Reminder that if cell has enough ki, and even better timing, can chain 2 spirit bombs together. You can perfect shot someone that is launched from the end of spirit bomb.
Perfect Kamehameha is quicker to charge than Spirit bomb, but requires 4 ki bars. Cannot be guarded against. Can likely miss if opponent is on the ground, or "push them" out of the damage. I would only recommend this attack if you heavy stamina break, and are on the ground with them.
If you were good at normal perfect cell, the only excuse for not being good at full power perfect cell would be the hackers that will swarm to it now that they know there are tournaments going on.

Always check profile your opponents if you are on pc.
If they have privacy on their account, there is a chance they could be a hacker. If they have 0 points, or points that are not a multiple of 40 when they are below 120, that is strike 2 if the first condition is true, If they are on the leader boards, and their name is changed, they are most definitely a hacker, can most likely override any conditions from before.
If they are a hacker, don't fight them, leave the tournement lobby immediately.
