The Kingdom Key and Kingdom Key D are sentient entities somewhat unstuck from time, and Sora's actually like Riku and able to create a keyblade from his own soul and his inherited connections. He just hasn't all this time, because the Kingdom Key has been with him, AND his soul's been so fractured with Roxas and Ventus that the potential has been sealed until they're whole again, i.e. Ventus reconnects with the dark half of his heart, and Roxas/Xion are made whole people. After all of this, the Key will rejoin with its counterpart as a complete X-Blade complement to Kingdom Hearts, and Sora's will will help him forge his own keyblade, as he completes his destined path and ascends to Keyblade Mastery.

I completly avoid them. My strategy is to 1 turn three all speed enemy rounds, then i have to 1 turn an all power enemy round. Then I just repeated that cycle until I got stuck on the all power enemy round.

-Finish the game within 15 hours
-On Proud difficulty

If this is for your Speedster run, don't worry about Donald and Goofy. Your aim is to just bash your way through the game.

You can't change anyone's equipment, this includes Donald and Goofy. "Accessories" also count as equipment, I'm not 100% sure on items but I just steered clear from touching anything.

If you can you should just switch out Donald because he almost never heals and just spews out whatever magic he can before going kamikaze. You will honestly just avoid most fights though if you're going for Speedster and Unchaging Armor.

If your goal is to blitz through the worlds, absolutely swap Donald out at every opportunity.

15 hours is actually a VERY wide berth, so don't worry too much about optimal strategies.
Just skip Olympus and Atlantica. Avoid as many encounters as you can.

On your normal run then for Donald it really depends. You have to remember that Goofy will always MP Rage --> MP Gift Donald more often than not so Donald will usually have a respectable MP pool come endgame and attack less physically, but early on definitely just give him physical staves.
