Not true. When Metzen was still around we were hovering with dates. Jumping from 25 to 30 years with the omnic crisis. Mercy and McCree's ages. You theorize on why McCree doesn't like Reyes because that's the canon part to take out of that conversation.

He's too easy to do damage with. This is a combination of high bullet damage, very little spread, huge range, the helix rocket etc.

His versatility is a problem. Sprint is amazing and unlimited. Heals on demand makes him very resilient. His ult is devastating and a free kill even if you're a baddie.

I have a friend who was like that too.
He used to pick Zarya and Solider (When he wasn't as good) all the time but he lacked the mechanical skill to use either and lacked the co-operation to use Zarya effectively and pretty much only got kills turn tactical visor because he is legitimately that bad at aiming.
There actually was a time when I wouldn't play with him at all because of this but we're good friends so I eventually started playing again.
What I did was not saying "Hey dude you're actually trash at these characters" but instead I pretended that I didn't know what was wrong and convinced him to play Lucio in 1 game and just started praising the fuck out of him and reminding him what an importart part of the team Lucio is and convinced him to be a Lucio main.
We call him Lucio God now and 100% of the time in comp he'll instalock Lucio which is great.

Been working on balancing OW in the custom game mode.

So far I like McCree with 102% damage. Slight buff at close range with a decent amount of long range to have an alternative to 76, but there is still a way to go.
