I don't own rhino, I did it with limbo. Who allows me to not get hit by the laser and not activate any tiles, letting me walk on them instead of turning them into bad notes.
It was still a challenge though, and it was fun.

Helmet comes from Derelict Survival so I guess you meant Systems in which case yes, it is in the pool used for the first cache in Lua Exterminate. Some people say it can be found in the others but I can't confirm that.

It gives everyone free invis. Don't even call it stealth, all warframes are naturally stealth and crouch walk works too. Not the game's fault you're a spastic and loud child that thinks only Loki being invisible gives you stealth.

Have fun in later missions against enemies that can track or see invisibility. Track Invis and See Invis are two different abilities with different mechanics, have fun figuring them out.

Dash once, regen energy the whole time, run around and have fun.
For rescue missions, just get out of rift, banish the target, repeat every time banish runs out - or just get to exit before banish ends (with max duration it's easy to do).

I have troubles doing grineer spy due to bad framerate on my toaster. I had to put Intruder(!) on my frame just to have a chance of hacking the vaults. I even used operator to hack the not-alarming terminals.
But aside from hacking, I can fly in and out of vaults and none would be the wiser, with the exception of an occasional grineer in the vault room whom I swiftly dispose of.

I often try other schemes but always go back to that. Only different are Ivara (Camo), Nidus (Red organic parts) and Inaros (gold details). Weapons are all Black/White/Light/Dark across the colorable sections.
Energy mostly white for frame, except for some with red/flame energy (Exc, Ember, Rhino), yellow/gold (Inaros) and Frost with black energy so I barely see the globe from inside.
