I think Mirage and Limbo are safe. Both of them can rely on meme strength, and the former is a shitter trap just like Valkyr. The rework helps too. Oberon could sell if they give him a massive overhaul, but that's nowhere in sight so I doubt it will materialize. Birdframe and pirate are just fucked.

DPS and TTK are both on paper because you can't reliably record TTK without factoring junk like headshots, status procs always going off, etc.
