Actually i found storm haven similar to daria deck.
Both agressive decks that also got some card draw.
Both got some strong evo clears to get board control.
Both try to vomit the board using spellboost/amulet mechanic.
Though daria can play followers early to soak damage and vomit board "out of the nowhere", while storm haven have to tank damage with face if they play amulets.

Complete rehaul of the game's aesthetics, balance issues out of the ass. The game was always p2p, with a small f2p starter village. The game has a player driven economy, so players quitting had a dominos effect making the game unplayable. The economy was crucial, because it's next to impossible to actually get anything in that game thanks to their ridiculous drop rates (as low as 0.01% for certain items, and 1% for almost anything useful). Ankama suffers greatly from having all its founding members being artists, and designers, and having no one who's experienced at managing a team or balancing a game.

The real issue always has, and always will be D.Shift. Control decks simply cannot commit to their play style with it existing without a single counter. D.Shift single handedly is responsible for the domination of aggressive and combo decks, because nothing else can possibly be competitive while it exists in its current state.

Cygames know perfectly well what they're doing. There's a reason its the only wincon in the game without an answer, and its the only one of its kind. They won't print any other spell wincons, because spells have no counters. But, at the same time, they won't touch it, because its their precious match length cap, forcing every game to end under 10 turns. People (retards) don't seem to understand the damage this card is doing to the game. They simply look at the deck in a vacuum, when its mere existence, even when it's not being played, serves as a security measure to ensure faster decks remain the best at all time.

All of my losses to dshift have been at the hands of Levi and Blade mage lately. I have not seen any flame destroyers. Why would there be? Levi is 7 damage and quite capable of clearing a low-power ward while firey takes out the dangerous ward. Blade mage with Evo is 8 damage. These are card choices that work fine under 1 shift, but they assuredly win under the 2nd, with the added benefit of being low cost. Dshift is a deck that only gets stronger. It does not stagnate.
