No, when you hit 50 for the first time on your first character, you are given 4 million enlightenment XP, this games rested XP. That will take you to CP ~100 easy. From there, it isn't too much farther. That way, if you get to 160, gear will stop scaling, so you can farm for gear for your main and alts without worrying about out leveling it.

You can get gold edition, or the guilds and glory megapack from the crown store for every DLc i'm pretty sure. As for morrowind, i just did the digital collectors edition upgrade.

There's two separate megaservers, EU and NA. You can play on either one regardless of where you actually are in the world. You can play on both as well, but characters and items bought in the Crown Store only apply to the one megaserver they come from. Only things tied to your account (like pre-order bonuses or the stuff from the Imperial/Gold addition or ESO+) carry over.

Playing on the one closest to you is probably ideal simply for lower network latency, but personally I never noticed any major lag playing on EU from NA, however I didn't do much PvP where I'd think it would matter more.

You can cast the class skills without having a staff equipped, and if you have sharpened weapons in each hand you can get the penetration to stack. It also allows you to wear a second 5 piece set bonus with a monster helm set (5 piece set bonus of chest/legs/feet/waist/hands, 5 piece set bonus of rings/ring/necklace/main hand/off hand, and monster helm/shoulder 2 piece).

Sorcs rely a lot on pets. Twilight matriarch and who-cares clannfear are the two most useful. Matriarch heals a flat value versus clannfear healing a percentage, so they're situational. Generally though, I've found as sorcs we don't have much too much health, so the matriarch works well.

Yeah you have the tank do that but before you'd be able to grab the pinion several times in row because what happens when the pinion opens up is it shoots out fireballs that hit everyone in group, so as the tank I'd just keep closing it and instead you'd just get stupidly high damage dot that couldn't be purged but at least the group was safe.

Trust me this used to be case but I guessing they changed it and didn't tell anyone because they wanted people to actually do their version of teamwork rather than just having the tank actually tank for once.

It'll be useful when you get to the max level. When you get to CP 160 and gear stops scaling, you'll want to start farming for your item sets. These can come from dungeons or trials, or found in the overworld.

Depending on your build, there are ideal traits that can drop. For example, for a magicka DPS, burning spellweave in divines is good, since it will amplify your mundus stone choice. For my DK tank, for my ebon armor I use a mix of infused (get more stats out of my armor enchants) and sturdy (to improve block). Since these are dungeon drops, and the bosses can drop a piece from any of the armor sets that can drop, and on top of that you want a specific armor trait, it can take a while to get the pieces that you want.

Now, to your question. When you run normal dungeons, the drops come in blue quality, in vet modes they are purple. For getting gear, some people will run norml modes to get the armor and traits, then use blacksmithing/woodworking/clothing to improve the armor to gold quality for the extra stats. The higher your crafting, the less materials that you'll use to upgrade.

For example, lets take a piece of ebon armor. With max passives and crafting, it takes tempering alloy to improve the armor from purple quality to gold quality with a 100% success rate. The gold temper runs around 10k gold on PC NA, so having your crafting maxed really reduces the number of items that you need.

Many people have an alt that is just for crafting. What I did was I ran a character up to 50 during the last event with the double XP items, then respecced all of their combat skills into crafting ones. Any item that I was't going to use on my main, I put in the bank and researched the needed traits, and deconstructed the rest to raise the level.

I was playing the game (just started) with my friend, who's been playing a while, and he told me that even if you don't put any points into magicka and are a stamina build, you're gonna use magicka for your skills anyways and that the point was that stamina builds simply used their magicka and therefore abilities less often.

If you're a stamina blade, you're gonna end up using some magicka abilities for utility and stamina abilities for damage. Since the magicka abilities are for utility it doesn't matter that they don't do a lot of damage.

One way is to have the tank go for it every 2nd time it opens. So it goes tank -> 1st dps -> tank -> 2nd dps -> tank -> healer -> tank and so on. That way the tank will take the majority of debuffs while everyone still share the pain.

Works on my machine. I solo farm CoA1 for BSW quite often. Kill all the bosses, then I ride out. I also port into the dungeon using the wayshrines from a different zone, so there is a loading screen between zones there, that may make the difference.

Nope, only drop in the dungeon. And, the bosses can drop any of the sets that drop in that dungeon, not just what you are looking for. Also, even if you get the item you want, there is no guarantee you'll get it in the trait that you want.
