Support is good since there's always mods in chat and they always close the match right at the minute it starts. My only complaint is that they draft games a little late (5+ hours usually) and sometimes games don't get put up until 5 hours before the match.

If you're using skins then use csesport. I'd only rec skins until you get to about $300, then turn your skins to keys and use a key bot to get to bitcoin. I wouldn't bet with skins when you become a big bettor because you lose a shitload when converting to actual money. Also, when you switch to nitro/real bookie, don't go overboard with the handicap bets. The over/under 26.5 are tempting but are random as fuck, don't fall for it.

I have 1500 hours. I am on Very High level, I played against Globals and Supremes and have won against them alot of times. For the past 2 months now, every matchmaking game I play, I am the top fragger, with 20-30 points above the 2nd person, but for some reason my rank is Gold Nova Master, and I can not rank up. This is not a thread complaining about how many matches I win in a row and still not ranking up, I win ALOT matches straight, I am very close to rank up, but then my luck hits, and I get russian teammates without microphones. I lose 4-5 times in a row and I drop down to Gold Nova 3. I always rank up to GNM, and drop back down to GN3. And I am not exaggerating, but honestly, I should be at least LEM or Supreme. Every match I play, it is too easy and not fun to play anymore, the enemies are stupid as shit and it feels like I am playing against bots, but for some reason we still lose because we get these teammates who can not do anything productive during the match, so I have to do all the dirty work while they sit on their couch and eat Doritos. I do not have alot of good people to play with. Is there any way I can solve this problem? I am in this devil's cycle for 3 months now and I can not get out of it. I envy people who are LE, LEM or higher, because even though most of the time I am better than them, I am still stuck in GNM. Please help me. And if any of you has the same problem and is trying to get on a higher rank, please send me a private message.

Also the big problem of this is that I do not get accepted into more skilled groups or tournaments, because I am Gold Nova Master even though I should not be.

First, thanks for the tips. I am not actually just checking my kill feed. It happens very often that in the first 20 seconds of the round all of my teammates are dead and I have to clutch against 3-4 people, which honestly is really easy. But when I am dead, and it is 4 of us vs. 2 enemies, we pretty much lose 80%. You have to play defensively, since you can't really peek and can't really hold angles. Be surprising and use tactical grenades and you'll win.
