He doesn't care about the tough job the next President will have, just about enriching himself for 4 years.

I'm not even sure that's possible. Some time last year the server was having trouble with the round not ending after the shuttle arrived at Centcom, and eventually it hung up completely. To try and fix it/force the server to crash an admin started bombing the server with SME shard explosions after we yelled at him for a while to do it.. It didn't work out.

The rocky debris spawn after you clear a mine turf, it it appeared after you drilled through a turf without xenoarch tools it means there's nothing inside and you can destroy it. If you drilled through a mine turf and there was a large artifact inside you'll get a flash and may become stunned for a while.

If you want to cuck artifacts go to their outpost and steal a hand pick, if you use a hand pick before drilling a turf and use the hand pick to clean the rocky debris you can find the large artifacts yourself and then sell it to traders or something. Just don't touch them without gloves nor bring them to inside the station and you'll be fine(unless you found a dead harvest or transmog artifact). Sometimes you may find really good stuff for mining, like the giga drill or the hover pod.

It was suggested that we just copy Bay's rules. Having read Bay's rules, that's an awful suggestion.
Also, banning people wouldn't work because you either ban them for regular durations for an even using a vastly different ruleset or you ban them for the duration of the event only and nobody gives a shit because oh well they can griff and be done with it soon.

Only a small period of RP is retarded, it can't be good if everyone has to adjust to entirely new rules including the admins and nobody will bother making an actual character to roleplay with with an actual background and personality just for a day or a week.
