I'm a Pole, and the UK version in £££ was still somehow cheaper than the Polish one in PLN. Weird.

Anyhow, I used a free VPN that was disconnecting every minute or so so what I did was log into my EA account via internet browser, add my credit card for quick payment, connect to UK VPN, log into my Origin account via browser, purchase the game there (the Origin app was giving me errors when I tried to do it there), log out, disconnect VPN, connect to VPN again, open Origin app and start downloading the game.

Worked like a charm, English version, no ban or anything.

Someone else found a glitch where the data of two different playthroughs somehow mashed together. They had to complete the tutorial and save in the tempest. Try that with a custom Ryder preset, and then try making a default Ryder with the custom option.
