See an enemy with half health going back to retreat or healthkits, you will combat roll with your kit and stun him. Then either fan if a tank or do headshots on weak targets with 200 HP or less.

SR decay is a stupid concept - it's meant to stop people who "park" at a rating. But are the negatives of having accounts "parked" past 3000 SR? Faulty Top 500 status? That's it.

So then why not make Top 500 require more games be played and remove SR decay completely? The only requirements for getting into Top 500 (aside from having a SR higher than 99.9% of players) is 50 ranked matches in a season.
What blizzard should do, is make Top 500 players only eligible if they play 7-14 games per week. That way, you can be 4700 SR but if you're not playing constantly, you lose your spot immediately instead of the getting past by like 20 other players who climbed to a SR higher than your's.

I'd imagine Blizzard sees an issue with having him and 76 overlap too much if you increase his range. Each map in TF2 was made specially so all 9 classes could excel through a specific variety of tactics. Overwatch unfortunately isn't such like that (most rooftops are slippery, fuck tons of map hazards), each map is made to be more general and players rather than more real time improvisation have to create real time strategies (a mess 99% of the time). Blizzard really doesn't care about comp at all. It feels like more of a marketing angle to get people to buy the game. You can get placed straight into diamond or grand master. Que up with a friend and get carried. Character releases and balance patches being made mid season which could completely fuck people over. Slav hours on EU are the fucking worst. They love Reaper for some reason, and too many games where Hanzo and Junkrat are the dps.

-combine Heal Beam and Damage Boost Beam into one on M1
-switches to pistol by tapping M2 and fires with M2, M1 switches back to Staff
-Ability 2 is an energy pulse from the Staff that removes all CC and status from a single target with an 8-second cooldown
