What you can do is play until legfest hits and roll all your crystals then. if you get good stuff, keep playing, otherwise make a new account.
Having your account rolled outside of legfest/seasonal specials is not good since you cannot Start Dash (Beginner's Draw set) limited characters (For example, Lucio, Katalina, Rosetta, Lecia, Mahira, Orchid). Getting a specific limited at later time will be very costly and/or painful.
Even if you can't see yourself wanting any of those characters at this point you might get some lucky draws and have 2/3 of for example a light team after a future legfest. Having the possibility to at demand get that specific piece to finish the team might be very valuable to you.
