I found the first month to be extremely fun
It pushed all the right button for me, interactive gameplay, lots of event content, online co-op and I was getting showered with free gems from events and download milestones

Unfortunately the fun died out after a month or two, the game started to feel really repetitive and it powercreeped really fast so I ended up just using the latest released laser-character to autism end-game content while standing still
The game has apparently gotten a lot worse over the year since I stopped though, probably thanks to Colopl focusing their resources on other stuff

Ninjas seem decent. If that speed is attack speed and not movement speed they'll be able to compete with OS. You'd be able to crit nonstop very fast to compensate for the lack of damage buff. Combo damage and window is always good.

I'm that 73 eagle guy and I end up near the top of the leaderboard if I ever grind for silver. I have a perpetually empty defense team too which is not enough to derank at my point since the only defense teams I can't beat are the map-specialized ones.

There's massive amounts of sandbaggers and massive amounts of people who leave a perpetually empty defense team so don't worry too much. Since they added the star indicators, it's much easier to tell if a team is overgeared for their rank anyways.

Though yeah, pay attention if the map is not the one that's currently up for Codon bonus. If you see somebody on a different one, then pay attention if it's a specialized team.

If there's not an option to do it directly, you could probably set up an emulator to map tap/slide movements to keys, then set up the gamepad to input those keys.

Nox has a "Simulate Touch" option that looks like it'd work for that, I imagine others do too.

I dont get it either. I have played a lot of these base building and defend games out of curiosity and while they are fun for the first few days the pay to win wall hits hard soon. I'm seeing three cuties in the Valkyrja section?

You can touch them all over and they react to different body parts plus the voices are amazing.

You move with the joystick to the left, attack/dodge with the buttons to the right and use your special with the greyed out button. Pressing the girl on top switches to her and all 3 have different attacks/strengths/etc. A few battles in you'll start wishing you had a controller on your hands and not a free carpal tunnel.

There's a gacha for equipment I think but fuck rerolling, especially if im not rerolling for cute girls. The tutorial is insanely long and the data download is pretty long too so I wont be bothering with that. I'm only fresh out of the tutorial so I cant give a detailed review of the game but its definitely worth a shot if you're bored and have time to kill.

It's a Korean game so rerolling is pretty meaningless.

Everything gets powercreeped or gets grind added.

Legendaries are super early game in reality now and what's important is if it's S3, has a good skill enhance, and has a good unique skill.

Immortal, while being the next and last tier is only where the grind starts as you need ten copies of the same weapon in immortal tier to fully limit break it's level cap to 40.

And for most classes you need both a pveand pvp weapon. Armor is similar also going to 40 and you want an S3 set, denoted by the Roman numeral on the weapon icon.

Weapons and armor though are the simplest grind. S3s can be rolled with feathers guaranteed and you earn armor transcendence tickets slowly.

Stuff like costumes, wings, pets, and crests are where you'd want to recollection as everything besides costumes have crap rates. However, you wouldn't be able to reroll all of them. They also all provide marginal, but significant when combined benefits. The first 18 zones the game shipped out with are essentially a long tutorial at this point as the numbers jump drastically past it.

As far as power, powercreep moves fast enough that everyone else is going to be rolling for new strong characters with you. It will take a while to get your town built up to boost their stats, though.

As far as waifu-collecting, there's lots of characters you won't have and won't get. But if there's someone you really want, you can always hope they get a new version later on.

This is what mostly ftp endgame is around, I bought three monthly gem packs for five dollars each though so not entirely. Been playing since global release.

I am nowhere close to whales who consistently sport 300k+ Combat Power, 450k Survivability, and over 500k HP as of now. They also have more stats capped in Orange.

Since I've only got my pvp weapon to 40, I can't quite clear current endgame pve either yet which imposes penalties if you don't meet statgates.

It's not a game you can easily get to late content without an immense amount of grind or paying.

They have the nutaku one in english in the jp threads that's catching up to english. Not like you need much to know in JP anyway since wiki has everything translated. JP is also a lot easier to get good on with the revival units and stuff.

It's a Nexon game and it's a Korean mobage. It's decent for a Korean mobage, but it like many other Korean mobage has a whoring grind beyond most grinds. It is like most Nexon games decent, but slowly killed by excessive Nexon jewishness and mismanagement.

Don't get into it expecting it to be great, but as a skinnerbox it's decent and will kill time. Also don't expect to even be capable in pvp until after months of playing or lots of whaling.

Weapons, armor, and accessories are the absolute worst things to spend gems on.

Costume equipment to fill up the slots first, then buying 50 skill points, then more costumes, then wings and crest which have the worst rates for immortals.

Everything else can be rolled with feathers, accessories are grinded in raid.

The 10m download cards at the top of the shop give decent things, but those are when you don't have things to spend gems on.

Just keep running behind him and stay out of the red area and you should be fine.

It also helps a bit to learn the classes' movesets, rather than just spamming normal attack.

- Most have a charged attack with better damage and/or range. Mages give themselves a buff instead, and lancers put up a shield.
- A few have an alternate attack if you roll then attack, most notably hammer.
- Sword and cross saber can dodge and counter if you roll just before an attack, though that's a bit riskier.
