Moonbow is amazing for Eldigan because it allows him to chain them.
If he's attacked he will always Moonbow in response. If he's doubled he'll have a Moonbow ready the next turn.
I'm running a Seal Atk for tanking memes but something like Spearbreaker would be good. Unfortunately it's impossible to get without 20k feathers.
Seal Spd is also important. At 27 Spd he gets doubled by almost all key units. At 32 effective Spd He doesn't get doubled by nearly any key units.

With Reinhardt and Gunter's buffs on her, I can safely leave her in Robin's/tacos/Klein/Jeorge/Rebecca/Kagero's etc etc range and know she'll curbstomp them.

See this screenshot. The next screenshots is the result of Cecilia be on the receiving end of all the enemies attacks. Reinhardt and Guntero nly provide buffs. What' I'm trying to say with this is that she's not strong but her ability to compeltely check colorless and especiallyblues makes her incredibly potent.

From what i've heard healers always have a retarded damage penalty, meaning they'll always be gimped. Plus they seem pretty limited in what they can inherit. I figure that Quick Riposte is helpful for fighting the Takumis that're everywhere, and that Brash Assault would make her more of a fighter and help her get more use out of Defiant Atk.

She's also +atk/-spd but I hope that speed bane shouldn't matter since she's slow as molasses to begin with, having 23 rather than 20 speed isn't going to help her from getting doubled
