Nino could work at -atk or -spd due to a blade tome but that's still going to end up holding you back.
Ursula is pretty good, though she wants another tome.
Robin and Cecilia are also good, though I assume they're either -atk or -spd from your post. -spd Cecilia could work, especially if she's +atk.
Corrin is basically a melee mage (dragons target res) and has nice def, so she could be useful in the future (having type disadvantage against Michalis isn't really good though).

Just beat both difficulties. I used palla, catria, cherche, and sakura. Tank michaelis with palla, the lance guy with cherche, then kill michaelis with palla and cherche. Move catria up to block the sword cavalry. Heal up your guys and mop up.

Place Nino right under the danger zone to the left.
Place the dancer with a hone buff under her.
Attack the blue lance up top with Nino.
Dance her.
Draw Back the dancer out of range.
Next turn Nino can OHKO Michalis.
You can dance her again to kill the blue flier.
You'll need a blue to tank, preferably the dancer, around where Nino was -the red flier will hit that one.
The hardest part is then staying alive because a rather frail blue can still die to the cav and flier. Ephiram should do good.

Go on the right side. The sword cav attacks him first and dealt 30 damage to Hector who wasn't able to kill in retaliation. This is necessary as the positions in pic related (different team that can't beat him but just demonstrating Hector's position) happens. The fliers can't actually fly over that wall to Hector's left. Although in my attempt, the blue flier moved differently but you should still be able to kill him and not worry about Michalis from below Hector if you have an Archer. Since mine moved differently, all I did was place Marth in Michalis' range alone and they both damaged each other. Nino then killed him, Hector killed the sword cav and then Abel kills red flier and wait around for lance.

That was WAY easier than Ursula's map. Still had over 30 minutes to go.

The only skill inherit thing I needed was a blue flier with Reposition, though if you don't have Nino, you may need to get Draw Back on a Brave Bow Archer to move the flier away after they weakened/killed the blue unit on the right. I used an underleveled dancer, once again they did no fighting. My token red for dealing with Michalis was Eirika, though I'm sure Olivia could work if you DID level her up, and then you could fit in a healer or an extra bow/mage.

All that was left was the blue lance. I could have let him attack into Abel, but I didn't even feel like letting him take damage like that, so we ran away from him until he was in a spot where Leo could soften him up without being counterattacked.

Leo (who is +atk) killed Michalis, hurt the blue lancer for ~26 over 2 turns, and did a whopping 3 damage twice to the blue flyer while getting +3 attack from Olivia, but that was it. Abel did most of the killing while Severa repositioned her fucking heart out and did a staggering 1 damage to the blue flyer, which was literally how much I failed by in my initial attempt. She was the MVP.

Use olivia to push subaki up top to kill the cavalry, then use camilla with draw back to pull olivia out of range of the archers. Mich should move behind the wall on the right as they rearrange, and you can get a free hit with lilina through that. should be able to kill Mich the turn after and get lili out of range using olivia. after that just kite the red and blue fliers into position so that you can kill them with subaki and camilla.
