Are the contents of treasure map chests affected by your class/equipment? I've been unlocking treasure chests on my magdk, trying to get dragonguard items for my dk tank, and I've been getting mostly stendarr's and fjord items. I opened a few on my dk tank, and I've been getting mostly dragonguard armor (no weapons yet).

Why does it seem that everyone laughs at AD and most cool kids are in DC? I don't like DC. Their races suck and both eagle and dragon are better heraldry than lion.

So when you're shopping guild stores for shit, where are your hot spots for good selection?

It seems like there's 2 trade hubs worth going to in each alliance.

Daggerfall and Wayrest for DC
Mournhold and ? for EP? I can't figure out which is supposed to be the other good locale for EP zones, it's certainly not windhelm even though you'd think windhelm would be a good spot considering how close the stores are to the waypoint.

What order should the DLC's be done in or do none of them occur after the main plot? IE how tribunal happened after you finished morrowind.

Technically they all happen after the main plot, but only really IC acknowledges it very much. Orsinium has a half-built Dolmen where some worm cultists labor to bring "him" back, but that's just a world boss, not some grand quest. DB and TG just kinda ignore it aside from Raz greeting AD players as if they'd finished the AD storyline.

That's the plan, if I ever get it. Every time I log onto azura star, DC is out manned 2 to 1 by both AD and EP. Didn't take a screenshot, but the map looked just like this. Again.

Got into a group, tried to take back a lumberyard. 4 AD, we get there, there are 10 of us. One ganker shows up, half the group goes after them, the rest of the group is piced off one by one because no one has magelight slotted except me. I hold my ground, try to snare enemies for my teammates, then 5 more AD show up and I get zerged down. We try a couple more times, half the team has gone to defend a keep no one is attacking, one player is making chuck norris jokes in group chat, and another has been lying dead next ot the lumberyard flag for 15 minutes demanding a rez, because he is the lynchpin to success.

Is 2h and bow good for a self heal DK? I tried to build him like a blood death knight for pvp. You know how you just heal through dps and win 1v1 by attrition

I just got to The Rift and Jesus Christ is the writing bad here. It's like the team that was responsible for it just took a glance at the summaries of each pact race and worked from there without consulting any of the other devs. The story is even worse, as far as I can tell the first location you get to is nothing but a ripoff of Theoden's court, right down to the creepy advisor constantly making moves on the king's daughter.
I mean, hopefully it will get better but dear god.
It's hilariously easy to sequence break the story as well, I took a quest for some pact soldiers who needed help defeating the worm cult in a cave and out of fucking nowhere Ysgramor appeared and started chatting with my character like we were great friends.

how come the dlc guilds have infinite quests

If you get caught but no guards are around, you can port to gold coast. The wayshrine is outside the city gate where there are no guards, and the outlaws refuge is a stones throw away.

So I started playing this game today, and it looks fucking amazing.
First impressions:
1) Graphics: I don't typically like super realistic-looking games (uncanny valley and all that), but this one looks relatively nice.
2) The character progression is a little complex at first, but once you delve into it slightly it becomes clearer (I haven't even gotten level 15 yet for weapon swaps, merely level 5)
3) Limited classes but unlimited possibilities, very nice system, much better than other games like FFXIV which, although does possess a degree of freedom when it comes to roles (unlike, say, WoW) customization isn't as elaborate as in this game in terms of abilities and options
4) I want to heal (mostly PvP) end-game, so I went Lizard Templar. Did I make the right choice?

I wish I'd found this game sooner, been struggling to find an MMO I like

Is there any way to get past the scroll gates in Cyrodill?
Those 4 skyshards are the only ones I don't have yet, who the fuck thought that was a good idea? Even if your alliance breaches the gate you have few fucking minutes to grab the skyshard while there is shitton of enemies around you, most of the time when the gate is breached you will be offline and on top of all that usually one alliance is always dominant so it's literally never possible to grab their skyshard.
