If you're interested in submitting one or more logo designs for the upcoming 2017 4chan Spring Babby Cup (and qualifiers/fetus), send them to f4r via email (f4r.hanakodlmg at gmail dot com) by 12:00pm UTC on Sunday, 2nd of April. On the 3rd I'll put them all up on the wiki on a single page, after which you'll have one week (until 12:00pm UTC on the 10th) to discuss them wherever you want, suggest changes, make revisions, and so on and so forth. A day or so following that deadline, we'll hold a poll to see which design is the most popular, after which the winner should be finalized barring any final modifications or adjustments from the 4CCC. As has been the case for the past few cups, we'll hold a second round of voting between the top designs from the first should the results be deemed close enough to warrant it.

Reminder that the deadline for the drawfaggtry contest has been moved to the 21st

1. Draw something related to the 4CC, this time with the subject "rigging".
2. The work must have been created specifically for this contest, i.e. don't just submit previous shit.
3. You must have created the work, no paying $150.

The deadline for the submissions is 21st of March. The winner will be decided by a jury of me, me and me.

Free speech (or at least the minimally-moderated speech on 4chan) doesn't mean the right to have what you say respected, but it does mean that people can't delete your posts or moderate them because they don't like what you have to say.

Hamsterling 0/10: Screeches every single time something happens and makes me mute the stream incredibly fast
CuriousAnon 4/10: His voice is a little meh and he said like nothing which made me forget he wad there. He also let Hamsterling take over with that.
Tomato 10/10: Very nice to listen to and great thoughts on the game. Definitely one of the best commentators. Formed the best pairing this tourney.
Resolink 9/10: Concentrates on the game and gives good insights. Just his mic could be a bit better. Otherwise a must have for Elites together with Tomato.
FuKouDa 5/10: Fairly average. Really nothing special.
MilSlurpAnon 7/10: I think he had a good voice and was a decent commentator all around.
Fapoleon 9/10: Great voice, great commentary, definitely want him for the Elites.
Megabeastage 6/10: I dont know man. I just dont like his voice that much. But he does give fairly good insights.
AlycornAnon 3/10: The usual. Trying too hard to be funny with one liners. Come on you can do better than that.
Suule 6/10: His mic is just absolute trash mixed with garbage. If he gets a decent one he will become a lot better.

Alright so what you're going to need is a studio-quality mic, and a filter to block it out. This is usually a decent one that some VAs use:

Now with all this, you PROBABLY should have a dedicated recording/commentating room - your bedroom at your mom's house, or your dorm, or wherever you are now, just isn't going to cut it. I know some people say "Just get a 2-bedroom apartment and use one bedroom for recording", but then you've got windows, potential outdoor noise, etc. Really the only way is to have a dedicated below grade room, preferably 200-300 yards away from any neighbors. A house on a 6 or 8 acre lot should do the trick.

You don't need a studio quality match to commentate, there are good enough ones that are much more affordable.
Also it may be something else with your settings or your mic jack having dust built up in it or something. Check your setup for things easily fixed with cleaning or adjusted settings before sinking money into a mic.
