What is the technical reason why we cannot have cross-platform matchmaking?

I know that patches are delayed on consoles, but if they pre-auth the patches so they all go at the same time, what else is stopping it from happening?

Upgrading and changing the appearance of gear below Heroic rarity should cost Salvage instead of Steel.
Heroic Gear should still cost Steel and Salvage to upgrade like it does now, but appearance changes should be 200/200 split instead of 400 Steel straight.

Matchmaking should require you to select your hero before you start and track skill based on individual heroes instead of overall MMR or Reputation progression.

Obviously, maximum Revenge Attack stat on armor should be reduced in effectiveness from 2x damage to 1.4x at most.

This is probably the first time I haven't hated split materials, the mixing system really sucks. I don't get why it has it's own section when it should just be another tab on each armor part, like patters and symbols and engravings.

I also really hate how you can't mix two different arm styles; it would be nice to have spikes on one shoulder but studs on the other as a lawbringer.

Basically yeah, block their attacks and push them to keep them on low stamina zone. We discussed tihs earlier up top. If they don't have stamina, bash them then heavy. If they parry it feint it next time, most people don't parry it, so hit them with ad-mortem. They'll either parry it or dodge. So cancel your ad-mortem.If they fall for your feint and do heavy, just parry them back for blind justice, if they dodge you get a free gb for a throw.
