Depends on the context.

Ardent Sacrifice is good for heroes who use Desperation. You give away 10HP and then you can double an enemy. That said, other than in very certain situations, it's not that great for healing. 10HP hardly makes a difference when everyone's dishing out a lot of damage.

Reciprocal Aid on the other hand is great on a support unit who can bring one of your front lines back to full HP. Or, you can use it for the same application as above but reverse--trade lower HP to a hero using Desperation but has full HP so they can do a double in the same turn.

What's better for Nowi? Triangle Advantage or Swordbreaker?

On one hand Triangle Advantage allows her to survive Falchions with more HP, but forgoes the A skill slot. Greens are barely even an issue, so there is that argument.
On the other hand Swordbreaker allows her to kill on the counterattack every Falchion except Chrom, to whom she still dies in one hit. However she'll be left with HP on the single digits, which kinda shuts her options down.

Running both seems overkill, though. as two skills for just 4 units seems a silly waste.

I've been thinking Triangle Adept and Quick Riposte. TA helps her against mages and loli tikis in addition to Falchion users, and Quick Riposte lets her double anything in return and has no weaknesses because she can counter at any range.

Mine's +atk/-HP, so I think a damage-based means to replenish her gimped HP is a good idea.

I put swordbreaker on mine because the difference between 1/42 HP and 41/42 HP is not much when she can eat most things for breakfast with a 48 attack stat on the counter. I just got to make sure she stays upright.
