1.he was never developed in DR3 there isn't even a difference between his Future arc self and despair arc self

In the eyes of Koichi/Jin/Committee, Junko was always seen as the Ultimate Fashionista, she was on the covers of the magazines and stuff, there's no way they would ever know Junko's real talent.

Junko, being the bullshit analyst, probably knew about guard rotations and took the most efficient route to Izuru, meaning the fastest way there while having to deal with as little guards as possible.
Secondly, the day after, do you expect the committee to go full panic mode and basically scream SOMEONE KILLED OUR GUARDS AND OUR EXPERIMENT IS GONE WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON? Human experiments are strictly forbidden and if they said anything, HPA would get shut down by the government, so the committee had to keep their shit low.

Of course there was a sacrifice for some/most of the rounds to go onto the next game, but it seems like a really weird thing to leave out the fate of those who actually got out of the school and back into reality, because if the world really loves danganronpa as much as Tsumugi says it does they should be regarded as celebrities. It's weird she doesn't even mention them; If anything she should show them being celebrated and popularized as evidence of the show being a hugely popular cultural tradition.

Unless they just kill off the "winners" anyway to erase the possibility that any of them would speak out against the horrors they experienced in the game, of course.

b) figure out the fact that the only people who could do this the shsl solider just arrived
c) transport Izuru to a more secure location and double the security on him
which they don't do since he gets out easy during the SC killing game
D)hire private investigators if they can't put two and two together
