no, buffs/debuffs max out at 3. shark and hd roxas go great together and give your power attribute a big boost. when not using a power setup key art is a decent buff. what you need is a full turn general buff and eventually general debuff, also attack medals. gl

Oh wait, I hadn't realized just how new you are, okay here are some important tips

Let's start with buffs, there are two kinds, general attack buffs and attribute buffs, with attributes consisting of Power, Speed and Magic, both buffs can only go up to 3, but the more buffs you can stack in as little medals the better since they make a world of difference

So to answer your question, no they do not, since Shark already buffs Power up to 3, and Key Art 4 is also an attribute buff, on the other hand the Diz you have there is a general attack buff so he can go with either, and you really should stick Diz on all of your keyblades for now even if he's not the right color just because his buff is so useful

And if buffs exists, debuffs also exists and work basically the same as buffs, though they're much rarer to get, your Roxas there is one, and while he goes great in Treasure Trove since he debuffs Power defense, he's no good if all your medals are Speed and Magic

You might as well use both of them at the same time at that point honestly since Key Art 4 buffs all attributes, it might not deal much damage outside the right keyblade, but it lets any damage medals you use after it be more effective

Also now that you mentioned cost, don't evolve any buff medals you have past level 5 until you have maxed at your cost because as you saw max star medals cost a crazy amount of cost and there's pretty much no benefits to increasing a buff's damage when their focus should be on supporting other medals, besides a few key exceptions of medals that are both powerhouses and buffs
