They stopped Dominion because it was eating up resources with a minimal playerbase. TT is only still around because its regular playerbase is marginally bigger and ARAM is the go to shitter mode.

We will never get another separate, permanent game mode. Riot has made that abundantly clear. Anything new will be in RGM and at that it will probably just be reused assets with a slightly different take on the game. Riot's too lazy to do much more even with 1000 employees. All their focus is primarily on esports then game balance, then skin design, then maybe champ design and reworks.

And damage items are core on an adc because they scale with said damage, but they can sacrifice an item to build a defensive item like a banshees or a ga if needed
