Using it in Tempo seems pretty risky since if you keep Dorothy in mulligan and play her it just ups the chance of bricking, but it could also help you draw something if you have nothing. Playable in DS but any followers besides the usual bunch is something you have to think about.

Fuck evolves.
Evolves are the core of all this game's problems more than anything else. Evolve was a cool and actually somewhat skill-testing mechanic at first but they have printed way too many fucking cards that get crazy benefits from it. Evolve is why you can't keep anything alive unless you're really far ahead, or why bursting people down is so much easier than it should be, or what really puts storm followers over the edge. And while it use to have a lot of decision making to it besides the 4-drop evolve cards, nowadays there's barely any thought behind evolving.
They did a god-awful job at designing around their own central mechanic.

It's a turn 5 do nothing but makes your turn 8+ do nothings into do somethings. Seems like it can be good against control decks but this is really a card that needs to be played to see how it really works out. It makes Alexander useful though since you can basically clear the whole board with him and he can actually do face damage in a roundabout way.

The best way to counter aggro is to pot at least 2 angelic snipes and kaleidos, also 3 magic missiles. Depending on the situation you may want to use iceform as a tech but it weakens your hand in general so it's hard choice, still can buy you 1 turn if opponent doesn't have a dod (aggro always does). Remove demonic strikes entirely, they cost too much, it's better to get 1 more angelic snipe if you really want more dmg. On the other hand having 2 dods is fine and necessary. Also if you want to use fate's hand you need more cheap cost spells but fate's hand can be tricky and the cost is high. Also always have x3 blade mages, they help in offense and in defense, you can't remove them for useless demonic strikes. If you want a lot of dmg you should use angelic snipes, dods, demonic strikes, blade mages. All of that but such a deck makes your draws horrible in the long run.

If build in the right way daria have good chances against aggro but she's still not a counter.

There's nothing to prove. They did not do a good job at designing around evolve.
If we really want to get technical, the root of this game's issues is not having instants, letting burst damage and combos run amok and turn the game into more of a draw RNG battle than anything else.

A little more versatile than Alucard since it's more meaty and can take hits for removal. She gets stronger the longer she's out similar to Shadow Reaper too. If you pull Temptress with Baphomet and then use Soul Dominator it's a pretty good sequence though. Another thing to use in a potential midrange deck too I guess.

I spent like half of my games with iceform and now i don't use it. Mainly because of overpopular "midrange" sword with tsubaki which love your ice golems. It was fine using against otk roach but not now.
Also if you don't run 2 kaleidos then your deck's weak. You need a lot of draws and cheap removals, kaleido magically combines both. Daria deck without a lot of draws is trash. You'll realize it sooner or later.

The only reason Elana is "bad" now because it got destroyed by Bahamut and Elana Seraph is too slow against Daria/Sword. It's going to be T1 again because Aegis doesn't give a fuck about Bahamut and destroy other control deck. Current Elana deck already stomps midrange and it will stomp control deck because of Aegis. Yes, everything dies to dod but most of the time your opponent doesn't expect iceform and uses dod on daria or some big evolved followers. Also it's almost 100% safe to use iceform after dod. Still there are not infinite amounts of dods in your opponents hands, just like odins doesn't always counter seraph because you can't draw them.

Dod is always a problem but there's no way to solve it, sometimes you have to take the risk of dod, themis, revelation, calamitous, foul tempes, salamander breath, etc as daria. And not just sometimes, you can't avoid those risks. Just imagine that almost every sword deck now have 6 dods, then what's the point of golem? The card itself could be much more viable just by reducing atk to 4 or making it last infinite amount of turns after evolve.

Does SV rig the RNG when you're hoarding gold? I haven't received a single lego since I started hoarding gold with the GB event when I was 2000~ and now I'm up t 4995 but I stil haven't got shit in a while. Bear in mind I've opened dozens of packs from score rewards and missions. This had never happened before and it's almost making me wanna blow some of it before the expansion hits.
