There's a debate over whether +Atk or +Spd is better. +Atk is good if your team doesn't have too many buffers. +Spd lets her double 98℅ of the cast though since it reaches ridiculous levels with Darting Blow. -Res is her best bane but -HP is good too. Though since HP is her ultra boon/bane she will lose 4 instead of 3 HP with an HP bane.

My Tharja has the same IV and she had been a godly unit so far. My team has Sharena and Hector to support her (only Spur Atk gives her more attack power but it doesn't count as an Atk buff on her tome so only +3/4 more instead of +6/8.

I have both female Robin and Gunter at 3*, my 5* units are young Tiki, Roy, Leo, Abel and Odin, which should I upgrade to 4* to make it through the arena's season, Robin or Gunter? Gunter lends himself well to supporting Abel I guess, but Robin should do decently against cavalry and it's likely there will be cavalry units from the arena bonus teams in some of the defense teams as well, any advice on who should I spend some feathers on? Assume Gunter's IVs are neutral.

Anyone who joins Lucina's team for better prizes is making a mistake, since they'll have to compete with more people to get to the upper rankings, and a team victory only nets you 500 feathers per round as opposed to 1k+ for getting in a decent position each round.

I anticipate round 2 is when most sides are going to spend the majority of their flags either to gain top ranks in the losing team, or maintain an edge if a fight gets close.

Round 3 is the one that's going to come down to sheer numbers, and the one that whoever remains of Lucina and Chrom is likely to win, and if both sides make it, it's going to come down to what the defectors of defeated teams side with in the end.
