In the ending slides with Wrex + Eve, it's a goddamn utopia. There's children everywhere, krogan are laying out plans for construction, and people are cheering for Wrex as he steps out of a shuttle. There's literally no inferences for war. Whereas in the Wreav one he is shown rallying an army of krogan, and Eve is standing off with him if she's alive.

The Krogan Who Cured the Genophage is a powerful title, and any krogan worth his quad will listen. Wrex doesn't want war? They'll listen, and won't fight the other species. Wreav does? They will follow him into battle.

Wrex or Wreav is the true deciding factor, Eve is just a bonus.

Actually, now that I think about it, everyone should be on more or less equal ground in Andromeda. Everyone should bare minimum be bringing a significant fraction of what each of the four Council races bring just to have a viable breeding population, and very likely the krogan and quarian are bringing a similar number to the big four just because without them the expedition couldn't have happened. More importantly it's an entirely new galaxy where seemingly no one brought weapons heavier than small arms and the only pre-built industrial facility is mutually owned, and everyone's getting more than sufficient space to expand. Seeing them all on the same ground (when previously the quarians and krogan were pariahs, the humans were an upstart middle power, and the salarians/asari/turians were unassailable) would be interesting, especially since we're never going to see the fruits of Shepard's work in the Milky Way now, and because the Initiative should've selected for people who have no issue working with other species.

Bioware will of course do nothing with this concept and have krogan and quarians be the same looked-down-upon outcasts they always were, with humanity being the underdog upstart looked upon with suspicion that they always were.
