You know those rewards can still be obtained outside of the event? It's just a nice supplementation. Even the real prize which is to get into the top 5 will likely get added to the gacha later so it's more like an early treat for people that grind hard.

Not ideal but as long as she isn't being attacked she can be used, though being doubled by other mages isn't good of course. Lilina typically doesn't double herself regardless. Pair her with someone who can bump up her atk for one-shots. I use her on a team with Nowi and Olivia and she's a nuke, though mine isn't -spd.
