I'm looking for a specular map that's the right balance of glossy and dry, as well as tweaking the Subsurface settings in my ENBseries.ini
Anyone have any particular map and tweak recommendations?
Right now I'm using the 'Wet" Specular map and these are my current subsurface settings.

Enhancing?
You can take a lower res texture, upscale it then overlay/multiply a "textured" stock image. Like for something made of leather, you find a stock image of leather, preferebly 2k+ with no watermark, and overlay/multiply it over your original upscaled texture bits. Paintdotnet and Photoshop can definitely do it but I'm not sure about Gimp. I don't know much about it.

For really nice top of the line work, you'll want a drawing tablet and the ability to actually do texture work.

It's a 3 gig OMOD file that's a one-stop for installing HDT with all body physics and contains various presets of CBBE and UUNP bodies types and a selection of diffuse from various, specular, normal, and subsurface maps from various well known body texture mods to pick and choose from as well as a couple of unrelated but still useful assortment of other mods. It also comes with Bodyslider files and such.

It basically sets up everything body and physics wise in one go.

I tried Falskaar, I think it was called. The opening with the man in riften and the initial cavern was very well done. I use them as bases - presets - and then work off of those as a slate because I'm not too good at making my own.
And Frakensteining in a way maybe, sure.

Also the problem with the lighting I was describing earlier.

Not only is the bright fog or whatever it is a problem, so is that white circle in the top corner. I don't recall it being there beforehand. I've taken a lot of shots in Temple of Kynareth so I think I would have seen it if it was there all this time. Basically changing the camera will cause it to flicker between both types of lighting you see in this picture.

I'm sorry I don't know where to get decent pubes and I already closed out of the game to post here. I actually went to bed earlier out of frustration because this isn't the only issue I was having with my set up. No crashes or conflicts thankfully, just other stuff that's really time consuming and/or requires me to actually make decisions to the point that I just gave up.
