If the novels are anywhere close to canon, the Protoss had nothing to do for thousands of years except send massive fleets to far distant planets in the hopes that they'd get to murder at least one Dark Templar and bring glory to their white asses.

Fast forward 2000 years zerg invade Tassadar finds DTs and brings them back home
Conclave get mad for religious reasons and start a mini civil war while fighting the zerg.
Conclave gets btfo by the rebel protoss and eventually support Tassadar and Zeratul on the last mission against the overmind.after seeing their success in killing cerebrates.

The Aiur protoss derive their power from the unity of the khala while the dark templars draw their power from the void because that's all they can use. The overmind and the cerebrates also drew power from the void so the dark templars could slay them. What sense that makes idk just some muguffin from SC1 to make the Aiur protoss look like idiots while having the most technologically advanced civilization and the most destructive psychic powers

Malfurion is the best support in the game because he's a jack of all trades, master of most. His follow-up CC is amazing, his zoning is fantastic, his healing is top-notch, he has every active talent you could want, his ults are great, his trait is disgusting, his poke and clear are solid.
Sub-par burst healing and immobility are his only weaknesses.

Lucio only really has team-wide mobility, slipperiness, and mana-free HoT going for him. Sound Barrier is really easy to bait or interrupt and Reverse Amp is more useful for the passive than the ult itself.

Kharazim has possible single target healing with his W and Malfurion has single target heals too. Lucio just has low healing output all over the place and when someone specific on his team gets target he can't respond to it at all.

Now Khara can heal his entire team too while also being slippery as fuck, very high dmg output and he gets ana amazing cleanse late game. But even with all that he isn't quite on Rehgar and Malfurion level. Lucio doesn't offer anything over the other healers and no cleanse just kills him.

I've lost all motivation to slog through Ranked to get these mounts. I didn't mind playing for the wolf or the lizard, could barely fucking muster up the strength to grind up for the epic lion, and I just do not give a fuck anymore. If they would cut out this "elemental X in red blue OR green!" shit, then I'll care again.

Until then, it just isn't fucking worth the slog through all the fucking games lost at draft, or people picking heroes because they're what's good, but not knowing WHAT makes them so good, or not knowing how to play objectives, etc. I'd rather lose games in QM over poor comps and poor play from random people than get frustrated over the fact that Master players make the same, if not more mistakes (Feels like it anyway) than Diamond players and whatnot.
