I'd actually like Sombra, too. As the OW stealth specialist, she'd work actually rather well in HotS compared to OW. Joke hero? It's a fucking unit from StarCraft. It's not unlike adding Muradin as a translation from the Mountain King hero unit in WC3, or Chen as himself from WC3, or fucking Anub'arak as the Crypt Lord and shit. They shifted stats and respawn timers around to help combat... something, I forget what, it was a long time ago. But the game moves faster in the early game.

In general it's just changed a lot in small increments since release. It's not quite the same, it feels more fluid and it sure as fuck is not the same as it was in Alpha, if you were around for that.
