If you practice, you'll eventually be able to land those sick oneshot gibs

always be above your opponent, it makes landing splash damage easier and increases the chances of getting the drop on them. lead your shots obviously, youll get better at that with practice. try to always keep moving, since you are at a disadvantage in gunfights(in general), its important that you have the high ground and flank as much as you can.
with enough practice, youll get better and then you can fight other players with hitscan weapons on more even ground, though youll never have the advantage against a player of equal skill using a hitscan weapon.

Gave in and bought the game on sale, got a question though. How much new content did the game get since it's release? I know about the maps, but did any cosmetics or anything else get added in?

That's a no brainer, you go for direct hits first and splash damage will come as a result if you have a close miss.
It's better than aiming for splash and hoping to get a direct, because the EPG has not very good splash damage. It can take up to 3 shots if one of them isn't a super near miss. Just go for directs.

Just played the absolute worst match of Bounty Hunt I've ever seen. The enemy team must have been Polygon employees because they had absolutely no idea how to play at the most basic level.

you can go in a straight line without touching directional keys/joystick. a straight line involves only the crouch and jump button, that is it.

yes, if you want to move left while slidehopping, you have to slowly move your aim left while slidehopping. on pc, if im moving left, i will slowly move my mouse in an arc to the left, while hitting A(left movement) and jump at the same time.
it does effect the speed sorta. itll either maintain your maximum momentum, or bring you up to the max momentum you can achieve with a regular wallrun or a simple jump into a slidehop.

Alien Swarm's is the most compatible, because Titanfall 2 runs on the Portal 2 build of Source which uses the same version of the PCF format, but Portal 2 lacks a particle editor toolset for some reason
the added bonus is that Alien Swarm is free on Steam and probably already has the SDK in your Tools library already
Respawn has added a fair amount of non-vanilla attributes to their PCFs that are lost when saving from within the SDK, resulting in a lot of weird physical offsets and clipping through walls in-game

Well i worked my way around that since my sad blowout to now.

Jumps L1, crouch is R3, tactical is X and melee is O. I can now sprint, crouch, jump, and aim all at the same time, my homing melee isn't to many degrees of distance to make a difference, and i only have to roll my thumb slightly for tactical.

For something over 15 seconds I just lower the res slightly a little more, don't ever let bitrate go under 1500 or it'll just look like shit
