Sombra's ult is actually pretty god tier engage ability on attack, especially when it comes to choke points or stuck payloads as long as you have someone to follow it up. Given the game is a Q drop fest this is a huge thing.
>drop EMP that can't be blocked by anything in the game, disables all defenses, affects everyone behind said disabled defenses as well, locks all team saving ults like Zenyatta or Lucio's and prevents many characters from using their escape abilities as well
>Soldier starts Tactical Visor and obliterates the helpless enemy team
I used to think of her as just an inferior option to picking a proper damage dealer and destroying shields and other shit the old-fashioned way, but there's the fact she can deploy it instantly without giving time for enemies to predict their Rein's shield break or for off-tanks to move in to save anyone. Other ultis in the game can all be countered in many ways, while the only true defense against EMP is deploying your ulti before she does (since she can't affect already active abilities) or simply being out of range.

It's boring that you can't pick counter buffs where you lose for example the pull effect of hook, but gain for example the buff to ignores DVa's projectile block.

Thanks to Blizzards bullshit system you will always see the same 10 heroes, because only their combination allows the highest flexibility. It's just garbage than you can't get immune to Ana's sleep in exchange for lower dps/health or something like that.

What they patched was a glitch where if you threw down translocator at certain angles, straight downish, you would teleport in place or only move a little bit. The video looks more like server tick.

The interesting bit is the rez. I've noticed similar interactions when playing sombra and what I think is happening is that for one tick both ways sombra is invisible but still in the game. She's also moving stupidly fast towards her teleporter. She just dies too ften in weird positions for this not to be the case.

You should also know that in the movie it's parodying they're still crossdressers

So, the rapid decay means GMs can group up 1000 SR below 3000, which would allow them to group up with lower golds. Isn't that what Blizzard wants to avoid? Why let accounts decay to diamond anyway, just let GMs decay to master or maybe even just let the Top 500 decay.

I have never seen a game where it is 100% necessary, non-optional, totally vital, beyond mandatory, you MUST have at least one other competent person queued with you to have any hope whatsoever of an enjoyable competitive match. It is literally a broken horrible mess with zero hope of winning if you don't, even at the "high" 3500 level.

I always thought decaying all the way to 3k seemed too much but since blizzard says that during s3 only 8% of the game's players were at diamond+ at any one time I guess I understand. As to the first part I'm guessing they believe the new decay system will encourage all the higher SR people to keep playing so they stay at their range and don't decay.

Am I right in that this new robot hero is just fucking boring as all hell?

She doesn't add anything to the game or do anything that other heroes don't already do.

At least Sombra added stealth gameplay and feels different from everyone else to play.

Orisan just walks, shoots makes shields and pushes/pulls characterrs like a dozen other heros already do.

She has a dull personality and unremarkable design as well.

The real way of fixing Winston is to allow him to more consistently kill teams with his ult.

Think about it, he's a giant raging gorilla, and all he can do is tickle people around the map. It's stupid, it makes no sense, and it's not fun to hold your mouse button down and run around.

His ult should be retooled. Whenever he leaps, if an enemy hero is in his path during a leap, he'll take them with him and pin them, dealing similar damage to a rein pin. He can also pin heroes to the ground if that's what he lands on.

So basically you would ult, and leap around with your lowered cooldown, and try to pin as many people as possible. Not only is this more fun, but it keeps the disruptive movement aspects of his ult, while at the same time allowing him to do more than knock someone off the map.

She's shit but at least she's a proper support for rein. Nothing worse than play rein on 2-2-2 and have a roadhog that does fuck nothing for the team other than feed them ult while flanking for "muh hook", a d.va that spends more time out of mech than tanking, winston that spends more time dying to 6v1 than helping me. Zarya was the only real tank that could support rein properly but her shields just didn't last enough.

Now i can drop my shield to hammer the fucking symmetra burning my supports because people can't aim at her for shit without worrying that enemy is getting free ult or everyone is getting murdered by the usual aimbot tier enemy widow.
