The lore is basically the Bosmer race has the ability where they can collectively lose their shit and that cause animals to freak the fuck out and morph into nightmare crazy plant animal hybrids.

Animals have their current shape because kyne said so during the creation of Nirn.

These animals "forgot" their names(shapes) so they freak out and go halvsies.

Go in the crown store and rad the descriptions. Then go to the Imperial Library to learn more.

hopefully they get a little crazy and make actual dwemer servitor mounts like modified spheres and spiders. they have to make a new model more most of the unique ones anyway, so it shouldn't be more work, and something with sphere rolling movement would have minimal animation. in fact, any robotic mount could get away with almost no resting animation.

More or less it's because a vampire always has access to all of their skills and both skill bars, while a werewolf only gains a benefit (other than +15% stam regen) when transformed, where you are locked to werewolf skills only.

That said I think werewolf isn't -too- terrible. It's not as amazing an increase for stam characters as vamp is for mag because by using that active you can do a pretty good burst but it's a DPS loss to stay in it because of the inability to maintain caltrops, endless hail, etc. while a wolf. But it's not a bad thing to leap into, blow a bunch of skills on something and then leap back out of.

I know there are a bajillion people playing the game at any time, but instances never make it seem that way. Which provinces are the most popular zones in their alliance? Are there some instances you can't access until completing certain quests or achieving the right levels?

For instance (lol), some quests may save some small village and the end result is that the monsters won't spawn there anymore. Have I upgraded from a previous instance to a new one? I just want to see jam-packed places and meet more people.

I like that you sometimes get to "rewrite" history, or actually dictate how it plays out and what NPCs remain the present.

Also it's nice to experience lore from past stuff like Yokuda and other stuff outside from reading material.

I personally find vMA easier on my magsorc than on my stamsorc. But it's mostly up to what you are comfortable with.

What you need to be able to do is reliably survive through lots of damage and to sustain your resources. Hardened Ward makes it easier to survive hits and you basically want to refresh it whenever it depletes. Power Surge allows you to heal as you attack. And I use a resto staff on my backbar specifically to use Healing Ward as my emergency heal.

Not at all. VMA is far easier on a ranged character, due to tons of shit on the ground to dodge, and Magicka is easier to keep your DPS up at range than stam.

Haha well I've been using Scathing Mage since before One Tamriel despite it never really having been BiS for Sorcerers. It works for me but it's not the easiest set to get.

Burning Spellweave IS considered BiS right now though and it's fairly easy to farm 5 pieces (City of Ash).

I also use Infallible Aether three piece but Willpower jewelry is good too.

I use Ilambris for my two-piece monster helm. I used to use Kena two-piece to power up my Overload. But I only use Overload to recover magicka and to quickly burst down certain enemies.

Honestly vMA is largely about learning mechanics and figuring out what build/abilities work best for you.

The stam regen on redguard might help, one of WW's problems is while they burst hard they are completely unable to sustain that burst. Getting a percentile amount of DPS back on proc like redguards do might make that slightly better, since WW form gives you a fuckhuge stam pool anyways.

And anyone can keep up a buff like major savagery/brutality 100% with maxed alchemy passives so alchemy in general can really help make up for some of werewolf's skill weaknesses.

Was in a normal pug earlier, and someone said something. They claimed that you had a chance to get monster helms out of normal modes of dungeons, they just had a low drop rate, and the hard modes were just guaranteed drops. I tried to look it up, and all the websites just talk about hard mode guarantee drops, nothing about a chance from normal modes.

For grinding blacksmith/clothier/woodworking, go to the guild traders. High level daily crafting duties give level CP 150/160 intricate gear (280% inspiration bonus on completion) items, and people often put them up for sale. You'll find them for anywhere from 100 - 250 gold each. Buy a bunch, and deconstruct them. Costs a bit, but by far the fastest and easiest way to powerlevel.
