Hook pull distance is now a constant. No more spastic pull lengths on a per hero basis.

Overall pull length shortened so you're further away from hog when he reels you in.

Chain no longer drags you around corners. If you get hung up on a wall it breaks.

The gun is so much better. You are immensely more lethal independent of the hook.

Ana requires a completely braindead playstyle of "shoot everything that moves, prioritize the things with low health, throw a grenade when there's a lot of things grouped together, and shoot your dart when there's a big thing trying to kill you.

Zen requires impeccable aim due to his balls not being hitscan and can unlock his true potential when he learns how to micromanage who gets his orbs

Lúcio has one of the highest skill ceilings in the game, is a damn necessity in any sort of decent team comp, and can single-handedly shut teams down once people learn to wall ride and shoot with the same accuracy they have on the ground

Mercy, truly, is the thinking man's healer. Unless you have perfect situational awareness to know where all your teammates are, amazing prioritization skills to know who to fly to and heal, the knowledge that your damage boost can essentially give a teammate a constant nanoboost, and of course the instinct to know when it's time to stop healing and kill enemies with your grossly underestimated pistol, then you simply don't have the mental capacity to play Mercy.
