They don't show up all the time, it's something like a guaranteed move in by the 7th day of having 8 villagers in town but every day before then it's just a chance

If you don't feel like plot resetting anymore today make sure to save with a new character with no plot put down anyways because if you don't and you start up your mayor one could appear. Then tomorrow you can try plot resetting again.

In Happy Home Designer if you check out the popular rooms in the Happy Home Network you'll notice some rooms (always made by japanese players) with sexual stuff. Like, patterns of boobs,naked girls,even genitals,... and even japanese text on the wall (mostly sexual dialogue from what i can read, i need to improve my nihonese reading skills)
Sometimes it's just rooms with boobs all over the wall,floor and table pattern sometimes it's more elaborate than that.
Even saw a room where they were seemingly filming pr0n scenes and a love hotel once lol. And it just feels wrong since animal crossing is so cute and pure and loads of kids are playing it y'know.
