Probably not Pokemon. The Pokemon Company is really protective of the property. That's why there's barely any Amiibo of them and they don't really do much. They aren't even allowed not stock sound effects in Super Mario Maker.

Firstly, do you have to use an amiibo or one of the cards before you can ask somebody to move into your town?

I should invest in the stalk market a bit more. I just don't check turnip prices or even buy turnips very often. The highest I've gotten was 330, and I didn't even but buy turnips the Sunday before.
