I haven't played many Orisa games where both teams were high-level. My impression so far is that she's a glass cannon tank. Extremely low HP relative to her hitbox size, but with god-tier utility. Her mouse2 is outrageously strong, to the point where catching 4+ enemies in a mouse2 can automatically win you a teamfight. It deprives the enemy team of speed, and speed is king at the highest levels of play. There's a reason Lucio is near-mandatory in tournaments.

Her ultimate is pretty dogshit but will probably be changed.

The main weakness is that she can be essentially instagibbed by scatter arrow, and easily. She has like 25 HP left after you hit her with a scatter.

She'll most likely be used in conjunction with Reinhardt. You want a nice healthy shield for her to sit behind and spam the mouse2 orbs. Her shield can also help fill the downtime when Reinhardt's shield gets E-54'd to death.

This is true, but Orisa is like 1/2 rein with the 900hp static shield, and the Zarya ult copy doesn't hold it only pulls (though with 2 or 3 people you can get up to some funny shenanigans). If Blizz were going to make a mash up of those two heroes it could have been far, far worse.

been a Lucio main since the beginning and let me tell you that wall riding can become second nature by just practicing in any opportunity, practical and in training. after that it becomes some of the most fun you'll have on the side of the game and also you become impossible to hit.
I still haven't gotten the hang of booping though, but don't worry because you don't have to be aggressive to be a good Lucio. sometimes the best a Lucio can do is just stay back and help his team.

imho she isn't that strong or OP, quite low hp and vulnerable when her abilities are on cooldown, still she has some nice utility and her damage isn't bad at all.
So I think that's quite balanced, she also requires quite a bit of coordination for her m2, allies need to lookout for her graviton and shoot the moment the enemies are trapped/pulled

Orisa is how a tank should be. Low damage for people with shit aim, decent damage against barriers. Effective HP is quite low for a tank, but you have a single increasing your personal defense and a good barrier. Ult is pure team support and has an ability which slows down/pulls in enemies.
