I finally have enough feathers and badges to evolve my Fem!Corrin. However, I recent got 5* nowi off banner. I was going to not bother with Corrin now, but Nowi seems to suck. What should I do? My other "top" 3 are Takumi 5*, Marth 4* (who doesnt really shine) and Raven 4* (who is good, but weak).

I already heard that you switch characters 10-ish missions in, does anything matter before that point do any of the characters come back later and will they have the same stats or equipment?
Also, beside boredom is there anything preventing you from killing everything, not claiming the throne/castle/whatever and just maxing out the Bards level by skipping turns and using Play.

Paladin/Great Knight Jakob is like a better Silas. Femui is also preferred for LTC so there is that bias too.
Felicia also has to wait until Flame Shuriken and cannot increase her mt beyond that because whoever handles the tier list gets their panties in a wrap if you even mention having visit/battle rewards.

That said, with the Flame Shuriken up until chapter about 24-25 Felicia will become who's probably your best mage as a Maid and Tomebreaker makes her a hard counter to every tome enemy in Conquest.

In 6 they had terrible accuracy and below average Mt, aside from shit like Soldiers even if you hit both strikes the enemy was more often than not alive anyways

Combine that with the facts that enemies in 6 are actually decent statwise and the game never shies away from placing enemy healers around and Hand Axes/Javelins become a waste, it's far better to use a weapon that can actually kill on Enemy Phase and then just deal with the ranged enemies as they come
