You'll be placed around the same rank you were in season 3 I guarantee it. Maybe a little higher, maybe a little lower, but it wont be anything major. Just relax and finish them as soon as you can so you can start playing the games that actually matter.

I've been moving away from PC games for the last 2 months or so, so that I can be more social with my roommates and girlfriend on the couch, so I just want to ask; Is the console version of Overwatch worth it at all?

I can't imagine playing a competitive FPS on a console (I loved the Titanfall 2 campaign but that was a campaign so...), especially since I've been a PC guy for years, but many characters of Overwatch don't even require aiming.

I expect to care a lot less about my rating on the console version, but I never really did in the first place (I was around 2500 in S3), and I'd probably play someone like Rein that just didn't take any aiming whatsoever.

Anyway, just wondering what the consensus here was about the console version, aside from the obvious negative one.

Ideal FPS is whatever your monitor supports. If you only have a 60 FPS monitor you don't get much from playing at higher FPS. That said if you have a 144Hz monitor, you should try to play at that framerate. Ping isn't something you can really control since its mostly just you vs distance to the server, but anything under 100ms is playable, under 50ms is ideal, but lower is better.

Why do I still have to do placements? I've been playing competitive for 3 seasons and have hundreds of hours throughout all the game modes. I feel like they should have enough data on me by now to just place me. Placement matches should be for new players or voluntarily for those who want to throw their mmr out the window and start over fresh. I'm not complaining, it's not that big of a deal. Just a small inconvenience but I just want to know why they still need me to play these 10 games as if they're anything more than a drop of water into the ocean that is my total games played.
