Has GGG fixed the games lagging since Awakening? I played a ton of HC back then but the lag always had me on edge so I would play mobile builds like Firestorm. Didn't even know until recently that Firestorm/FB totems was meta. Going to play that next league.

A good way to think about it it is like this, attack/movement/cast speed affects how many frames it'd take to do something. So if something would take 10 frames to cast and you have 100% increased cast speed, it'd only take 5 frames.

On the other hand, things like freeze or temporal chains affect the frames themselves. If you had 50% player speed reduction, from, say, chill plus temporal chains, for every two frames an unaffected character gets you would only get one.

Well, it's really only sacrificing one slot, since the new Kaom's Roots look like they might actually be worth using even outside of memes. Also, we still don't know everything that's getting buffed, I wouldn't be surprised if shackles recieves a buff as well.

It'd definitely be worth it if you luck out and get headhunter though, and let's be honest, if you were ever going to obtain one this'll be the league to do it.

The Tier 1 Talismans alone can be quite powerful, and include...

Question guys, if I go for some cold spell self-cast build, should I play on using purity of ice to not get killed/frozen by reflect? If not, what would be the best option? I assume that a spell like ice spear for example, could go off screen and crit a reflect mob that I dont even see, and so, cant drink a potion in time to mitigate. Thoughts?

Everyone told him "Normal diffculty is slow and boring" so what he did was gut mana leech so that now the early game is 10 times slower and more boring, what A FUCKING IDIOT.

mana leech has been divided by like 20, it stacks but reach the rate cap after like 3 stacks, and then mana pots were fucking nerfed to restore less mana per use, and then clarity was fucking nerfed too why not. So basically, even with leech and clarity you can't sustain attacks even while poting while before leech was enough. And they didn't even remove that fucking oom line so your retarded char is permanently stuck in a time loop saying 'I'm out of mana' 'I'm out of mana".
