hacked and EMP'd enemies have an obvious digital aura around them, in addition to being hacked EMP'd targets no longer have any barriers on their health (Zarya and Symmetra go down to half health, Zen, Teleporters and Shield generators have 50 hp) no shields, or turrets, or ultimates will work.

Sombra is an offensive support, taking out weakened enemies and allowing your team and easier time getting past roadblocks.
