So keep playing. If you can't carry yourself out of silver you stay there. All the smurfs are mg1 at the best. It teaches you how to out-think players if you vs people of a higher rank.

Here's my life story.
I was ranked at silver 4, got stuck in silver hell for a fucking eon, lost more games than I won, even deranked to s3 because I played like an idiot, got determined not to lose rank to such a shitty position again, then carried myself to nova. Got stuck in nova 2 for like 40 games, then ranked to n3 then 4 in 2 games, then got stuck at mg1 for an eon, beating dmgs and le's and still not ranking up, then the magic day happened and I ranked to mg2, stuck there again - 7 back to back wins, then a loss, needed another 6-7 wins to hit mge. Dmg to LEM was pretty straightforward from there.
I'm still gitting gud, but the rank system does work, just play properly, play smart and you'll eventually start the ranking up game.

Many in silver non prime are just beyond blatantly hacking.
I can understand if you make loads of sounds, or you get out aimed.
