Anybody else getting these little framerate stutters as of recent? Every so often a little stutter of a few frames while like once a day I might see a hangup of a second or so.

Tested other games with equal or greater visuals and nothing else seems to cause it. Using a GTX 980 Ti.

No, once your gear is upgrade with all accuracy Vs you'll have 546 accuracy. If you put 20 accuracy in your relic, you will have 594 by eating grilled sweetfish. If you put 48, then you can eat food with no accuracy like spiced cider. If you put somewhere between those two amounts you could probably use priestly omelette or baked pipira pira. You don't need to put any more accuracy than that on your weapon though.

I would max crit and put the rest in piety, but really it's up to you personally since you're not talking about a big difference in points. I use the 275 cane and I have 14.1k MP w/o party PIE bonus y and it's perfect, and you'd get like 20 more piety with the relic and 20 acc, 8 less than the 275 if you went up to 48, but then you could use spiced cider which should give you 30-40 PIE.
