Your Ghoul should have his own Unholy Frenzy baseline, and apply it's own short duration Virulent Plague, which gains the ability to stack when Dark Transformation is active.

well with weakauras you could have icons for those things around your character
I mean it's nice to have all around the center and not having to look away
weakauras lets you set some kind of reminder for you to use a cooldown when someone has used hero, but also when you don't have a debuff and your resources aren't gonna get maxed in <5 casts but also if your penis is green and your other cooldown has less than 15 seconds left
it removes a lot of the thinking when your class isn't just use cooldown if it's up, hit all the other buttons otherwise

For Fury, I have everything next to one another; Battle Cry, Avatar, and Odyn's Fury are literally on buttons I can mash at the same time. Rampage is within reach at all times, as well.

For Survival, I have the big cooldowns next to one another, and every other "use this on cooldown" attack next to each other (Murder of Crows, Spitting Cobra, etc).

I press them when I see them flash, or I'll save them when they're close to each other in cooldowns when applicable.
