Generally a good pointer is to never run multi-sample AA of any kind, no TXAA/MSAA.
Run with T-AA only if you hate your life, otherwise run only FXAA.

But the minimum changes all the time because it's all map-based, Favela for example, kills FPS no matter what because there's virtually no optimization.
And I wouldn't trust the benchmark, it's basically useless considering you will rarely ever hit that minimum point for more than 0.5 seconds.

I honestly can't really think of why you would be experiencing issues with your hardware... Drivers, maybe? Try OCing the CPU and see if your hypothesis is correct.

I don't know exactly, but I was combing Reddit for clips of bugs and found one of someone getting shot right in the face through the mirror.
I would guess that any gun would work, since it is most likely the target clipping ever so slightly through the wall, rather than the bullet passing through the mirror.

There are a host of other bugs, as well. You can deploy on the edge of a reinforced wall against a barricade and it will stretch over the barricade, destroying it but also blocking movement. Also, sometimes the glass will get stuck in the frame when popped and people trying to prefire will get fucked.
Right now Mira is basically a gigantic liability for the defenders.

Ubisoft really needs to start hotfixing PC. Refusing to patch us just because they can't patch plebs is indefensible, especially since fixing problems right away ensures that mid-season reinforcements will be as high quality as possible.

This game is fucking trash, no way to climb solo. I just played like 10 games and 70% we had one or more d/c for more than one round. I have had like 2+ kd along this stretch and still dropped to silver 4 from gold 4. Only way I see someone climbing in solo is if they are plat/dia level players.

You want to get Hibana. Just because Valk has been around nearly twice as long, more people have her and will likely pick her if you don't, where as Hibana is a bit newer so less people have her.

Her skillset allows her to:

>create insanely advantageous murder holes which allow you to shoot into an objective room and clear your entrance
>then expand those holes into an entry hole you crouch through or have to vault through
>can deploy these charges and open up this up from range and in less time than thermite
>can meme in Mira and completely render this new character absolutely fucking useless
>while it's really uncommon, you will find times where opening a castle barricade with Hibana, which yes she can also do, is a 10/10 tier play for your team
>she has a good gun, a good secondary, and can take a claymore into the match
>is 3 speed so great for peeking, which is good because she can peek her murder holes

Her only downsides are

How do you lads get yourselves out of a slump? A week or two ago I easily pulling 6 to 8 kills in a casual match but now I'm constantly making errors and ending up with 3 kills a match if I'm lucky.

I try not to get to worked up and tilt too badly and take breaks when I need to but it seems like I'm stuck in a rut.

What do you guys do? Play other games? Rub one out? I recently started playing with a group consistently and I feel like I'm pulling them down

I don't know about other people, but what I do is get myself a bit of caffine (tea/sugary drinks), put on some music I like, and try to switch up my operator picks, usually by getting the operator that I think would best suit my team's current build, rather than my favorites.
For example, I used to only Fuze/Castle/Bandit, but my kills really went down for whatever reason.
So I started just waiting until 0:08~ in round selection and picking the most viable operator, this led to me learning that I, for whatever reason, REALLY like Mute and Twitch now, despite me thinking they were useless before.

If you really want a change of pace, start playing casual, well, casually, and blast music at full blast whilst playing. This may not work for everyone, but for me, my lesser focus on survival and listening to sound leads to me getting more kills, by playing aggresively and generally not giving a shit. Though I wouldn't take this to ranked.

Thanks guys I appreciate that. I try to go full support as Thatcher, Doc, or other lower key but good roles with my team in ranked, in casual I tend to jump around a bit more. I'll try branching out in other ways as best I can.

I've noticed I tend to do worse when I check enemy levels, I can't explain what it does but I think I stop playing "my game" and worry about them and their level instead of doing my thing. Even when I don't usually my team comments on enemy levels so maybe it's getting into my head.

General game sense is hard to teach. The closest you can get to someone teaching you that is watching pro or super experienced players (not pro games, the points of view get switched too often) and trying to absorb their mindset they have while playing.
Once you learn the speeds of operators and how quickly they can move through the map you'll have a much better time predicting rushers and roamers alike. Other than that, you need to note the spots people like to sit near objectives and learn where it's better to never peek before you drone.
Before you learn these things, just expect the unexpected and use your ears as well as possible. It's the best you can do.

If you always have enough for all the seasonal skins then yeah that's a fine and smart way to handle things, but worst case scenario if you buy Echo, don't have enough to get El Dorado, and something comes up and you can't play for a while and can't get enough to get the skin before time's out then you lost your chance. Slim chance of that happening, but you never know. The discount's not that huge, but the season just started, you have plenty of time.

I've never had an easier time playing a game then r6s on PC. Recoil management and aiming are easy as fuck on PC compared to console, it takes practice to actually be able to aim and control recoil on console. When I switched from ps4 to PC I finally realized what everyone here meant when they said that some guns are lasers. On ps4 no guns are lasers, some are easier to control than others but it's hard as hell to be able to keep most guns on target unlike PC.
