I'm getting more or less totally blown out every raid in terms of hps numbers compared to the other healers, although I'm not sure if that just means we have too many healers since everyone is healthy and I spend a bunch of time just crusader striking the bosses

Mage could use T12 4piece and pre-cast Arcane Power to get a stronger opener, but it was mostly that Arcane had insane burst.
