To how many buttons can you assign boot payloads on 3DS?

So I have 2 SD cards with 2 different methods: the first one is my first wich has (had) rxTools 2.6 running from the exploit from the browser with an Emunand on the SD card. The second one and the one I currently use it has Luma with an Emunand runing from boot (the one with the 3DS screen at the boots) as you might imagine for one reason or another my Luma got updated and i got screwed,nevertheless I was forced to move to a9lh and I did it, gladly I was able to do an EmuNAND backup and save all the data on my Luma... my rxTools doesn't have the same luck, since I can't access to it anymore is there a way to rescue my savefiles from it? Is the only thing that matter me

You could replace the bluray drive but I think that requires remarrying it to the motherboard if it's a different model drive than the one your PS3 included. Which requires CFW.

If you have CFW already you may as well never use the bluray drive since every game can be played from a internal HDD, external HDD, or even through your PC network.

In rare cases, the update is more involved, so studying https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/Installation-and-upgrade beforehand is recommended, just in case.

Since you just did the guide: Yes. Note you'll still have to format with FAT32 before using the new SD card, of course. Testing it with h2testw/f3/f3x before using it is highly recommended to avoid falling for counterfeit SD cards.

arm9loaderhax yields early ARM9 (security processor on the 3DS) code execution from cold boot; you can also dump the 6.x keyY/7.x keyX from there, but those have already leaked. Using arm9loaderhax will be part of any bootrom dumping methods, allowing copying bootrom9 to memory and then writing it to a file from the less insane place that is a9lh.

The ultimate boot hax ever will be sighax, which yields:
1. Super early code execution as part of being a normal FIRM image (see also for applications of this: https://github.com/derrekr/ctr_firm_builder, https://github.com/yellows8/3dshax#sighax--custom-firm). Currently, 3dshax is broken on New 3DS due to the >=9.6 keyslots not being set up by Luma when chainloading and 3dshax itself relying on arm9loader to set them up since it's intended to be used with sighax.
2. Possibly (reliable, unlike vectorhax, which also requires very intricate hardware) bootrom9 code execution since sighax is a buffer overflow vulnerability. Maybe that can be used to gain control of bootrom9.

Currently, we need bootrom9 itself to obtain the necessary knowledge for sighax, however. The presenter at 33c3 has no intention of sharing.

Can someone please spoonfeed me on how to get DLC using Utikdownloadhelper?
I downloaded Fatal Frame: Maiden of
Black Water, but it was only a trial version.
On Utikdownloadhelper, the DLC section has an X, so I expected it to include this, but it doesn't since it still offers to upgrade.
I tried my luck with Project Zero: Maiden of
Black Water (which I thought is a better choice anyway since it isn't censored), but it's the same deal. I also can't find the disk version for download either and I have no idea how to look for DLC.

Just remember you will have to format it to FAT32 with a special tool since Windows normally won't let you.
And format it to 32k (~32700 cluster).
If you wanted bigger card, you can get 128GB but then you will get slowdown unless you format it at 64k cluster minimum which will waste space but I guess with a card that big it's irrelevant.

Hey programmer anon if you end up seeing this post, I got to World 4 and tested with your injector and while it does unlock the QR Costumes and QR Characters, it doesn't unlock the QR Quest for Gohanks.

I made two saves for you to test and hopefully get the QR Quest option added to the Injector, both in World 4 with Warp Point unlocked for Fortuneteller Baba's place where you can meet Gohanks when the quest is unlocked.
First save is US version, with the quest NOT unlocked.
Second is from importing the above save to JP version, unlocking the QR Quest (and ONLY that), saving the game and immediately exporting that save, marked as Gohanks Quest Unlocked.
