The only good skills are low cooldown ones unless your super fast and double attack everything. If your looking for green Its Nino or Merric and Nino will simply explode things better than he would any day. She also has a +atk aura and a displacement skill. Just because she doesnt have an active skill doesnt mean shes bad. I have a loli Tiki and her 5 charge active almost never procs because shit dies too fast to reach 5 half the time.

I don't think so, but it's not like pokemon where there's standard sets for everything that any old shmuck can copy/paste. Even if you have a guaranteed 1 round kill on some specific breed of archer or ninja, you might barely miss the kill on one of them who's 40+1 and got +1 def +1 hp, even if your hector is also +1 atk from merging, since you would only neutralize the def and not the hp gain
